How long will it take for my books to arrive?<\/h3>\n

Orders placed for in-stock books that are shipped using Standard Delivery should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.\nOrders placed for in-stock books that are shipped using Premium Delivery should arrive in 1 to 3 business days.\nYou can learn more about the status of your order in the “My Account” section of the website or by emailing us at hikma_uk@yahoo.co.uk for a more detailed update. <\/p>\n

Please note that these timelines are approximate and only apply to delivery within the UK.<\/p>\n

For our customers in Europe.\nIf the book you ordered is in stock.\nwe aim to deliver it to you within 4 to 6 business days. <\/p>\n

Orders to other international addresses may take significantly longer to arrive.\nWe can deliver your book to you.\nbut please see more information below about orders sent internationally. <\/p>\n

I’ve ordered several books and one of them is out of stock or not yet published, how will that affect my order?<\/h3>\n

For UK customers.\nIf you are ordering more than one book and any of your books are not immediately available for any reason.\nyou will be given the option to choose partial delivery or single delivery at checkout.\nIf you choose partial delivery.\nWe will deliver each book as soon as it becomes available and you will receive more than one package.\nIf you choose single delivery.\nwe’ll wait until all your books are available and send them in one package.\nWhichever option you choose.\nit won’t affect the cost of your chosen delivery method. <\/p>\n

For orders outside of the UK.\nWe can only ship all items in one package.\nHowever, we will keep you fully informed of the status of your order via email.\nIf you need more information at any time.\nor wish to cancel an unavailable item.\nyou can contact our customer service at any time. <\/p>\n

Can my books be delivered outside the UK?<\/h3>\n

Of course.\nAll deliveries include postage and packing according to the weight of the order. <\/p>\n

Information on expected delivery times to different parts of the world can be found on the Royal Mail website.\nThese timelines apply to delivery from the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse.\nwhich is usually around 24 hours from order confirmation for books that are in stock. <\/p>\n

My book didn’t arrive and I’m worried that it was lost in the mail.\nHow can I get help? <\/h3>\n

First of all.\nWe recommend double-checking the ‘My Account’ page on the website to make sure it has been dispatched without issue and that our delivery address is correct.\nThen please contact us at hikma_uk@yahoo.co.uk or (+44) 020 7383 4037 and we will do our best to find out what happened and issue a replacement book if necessary. <\/p>\n

I want to return a book I ordered.\nHow can I do this? <\/h3>\n

Where applicable.\nWe offer a 14-day free return service for books that are returned for the following reasons:\n1) the item arrives damaged\n2) The item was defective (e.g.\na book with missing pages or incorrectly printed parts)\n3) The wrong item was sent <\/p>\n

If you need to return a book for any of the above reasons.\nplease call us on (+44) 020 7383 4037 and we will issue a code that will allow you to return the item free of charge.\nFor customers in Australia, the United States and other international countries.\nYou may prefer to email us at hikma_uk@yahoo.co.uk.\nWe can also arrange to process a refund (including any delivery charges paid) or send a replacement.\nThis applies to both UK and international orders. <\/p>\n

Of course.\nYou can also return items that are not to your liking but you will need to return the book to us at your own expense to get a refund.\nThere is more information on the packing slip you receive with your order – please be sure to include it when you send the books back to us. <\/p>\n
